As part of our ongoing expansion programme we have a vacancy for a Planned Maintenance Coordinator within our engineering department. Duties will include, pre-booking service visits with clients, liaising with our engineering teams, maintaining accurate ‘in house’ maintenance records, identifying and introducing new clients to the company. The successful candidate must be able to build a good rapport with the customer and must be pro-active within this role.
This position is varied and will provide great scope for promotion within the department.
Experience within this field of work is beneficial but not essential.

We currently require an engineer/coordinator to manage our forthcoming Smoke Ventilation (AOV) branch based in The Midlands. Candidates should be self motivated, confident and able to manage most aspects of running this satellite branch with main office support.
Duties will include installation and maintenance of AOV equipment and liaising with head office with the coordination of all billing.
