ACS was commissioned again to design and install a multizone AOV system to this prestigious new development situated on Poole's historic waterfront. This AOV system consisted of internal Smoke Shafts, end of corridor vents in the form of double glazed casements and aluminium louvred AOV's located on the roof of the building. This installation demanded a great deal of design input to ensure that the prevailing onshore winds did not have an adverse effect on the efficiency of the Smoke Ventilation System.
All AOV's operated independently from a multi-zone control cabinet with integral battery back-up and fire alarm interface.
