Stairwell Smoke Ventilation.
Roof Windows or Skylights fitted with integral 24VDC actuation. The Stairwell AOV system is linked to a control cabinet with integral battery back-up and fire alarm interface. Manual override/reset breakglass panels are located at the head and foot of the stairwell to allow independent operation of the system by a Fire Officer.
Spindle Actuators.
Available in either 24VDC or 230VAC versions. These linear spindle actuators are slimline with an integral motor within the body of the actuator itself. Operation of the spindle is via a wormdrive. Available with a variety of mounting brackets. Suitable for Skylights, Roof Windows or conventional Casement Windows.
Rack Actuators.
Available in either 24VDC or 230VAC versions. These linear Rack Actuators are designed for heavy duty applications such as Skylights and High level Smoke Vents. Drive is via a Rack and Pinion Motor attached to the side of the actuator. Available with a variety of mounting brackets. Suitable for Skylights, Roof Windows or conventional Casement Windows.
Chain Actuators
Available in either 24VDC or 230VAC versions. These Chain Actuators have a very low profile making them suitable for low level windows and Roof Windows where an unobtrusive actuator is required.
Smoke Detectors.
Optical Smoke Detectors are linked to our Control Cabinets in order to Automatically open Smoke Vents (AOV's) in the event of a fire within a building.
Roof Windows
Available in a range of sizes and finishes with flashings to suit all roof types. Manufactured from high quality pinewood. The FTP-V is the standard window in the range which surpasses all current Building Regulations and is the only window of it's type on the UK market with BBA certification.
